The Muse Behind the Music
I'm Ryan Long — known on stage and screen as Ry Lo. A saxophonist, composer, and multi-instrumentalist, I make music that's equal parts technique and feeling: late-night jazz, original pieces, and the kind of live performance that makes a room lean in.
As an educator, I pour the same energy into teaching — mentoring the next wave of players and keeping the tradition alive, one student at a time. Whether I'm scoring an original composition, headlining an intimate evening of jazz, or guiding a new saxophonist through their first scales, the goal is always the same: music that moves people.
